As she opened the small box, a silent gasp left her mouth there it laid a gold necklace with a little purple and red stone. Y/n chuckled but couldn’t help the redness on her cheeks. “Do you want me to propose?” Wanda teased as she ate some of the cake. Y/n grabbed the small box, placing the cake carefully on the bed and sitting up too. But she knew better than not think of anything special, after all, Wanda was with Vision… For a moment, y/n heart stopped, not knowing what was inside the box. Wanda then showed a small box and smiled. The cake is okay, even if you didn’t make it.” Y/n joked again, still curious about what Wanda was exactly trying to find. “I have one more gift.” Wanda said as she reached on her pocket. Ow!” Y/n laughed as Wanda hit her arm slightly, handing the cake to her. There’s a reason why people close their eyes and tell it in their mind.” Y/n smirked as she ate some of the cake, humming for the taste. “If I do, it’d ruin the whole point of it being a secret. “Care to tell?” Wanda said as she sat on the bed and got two spoons out, handing y/n one. She blew the one candle in the cake and opened her eyes, staring at Wanda. She closed her eyes for a second, at first playing along with Wanda but ending up actually making a wish. The brunette sighed but couldn’t help the smile that appeared on her face. “You know how, and either way…does it matter? I was not going to let this day go unnoticed even if I know that’s exactly what you tried to do.” Wanda raised her brow as she teased. “Happy birthday to you…” she began singing with a big smile on her face. Wanda showed what she had in her hands a small cake laid on her hands. “Wanda?” Y/n asked with a raspy voice, still sleepy. She opened her eyes slowly to find a beautiful redhead smiling at her, the sun kissed her face perfectly. But then, she felt someone jumping on her bed, she hadn’t even noticed the door opening.

But no one else knew what day it was today, and it was better to leave it this way. It was past 10 am, the team had promised they wouldn’t bother y/n because she had specifically asked for it, she hadn’t wanted to socialize with anyone, specially today, because she knew what it was today. She placed her hand on her chest and tried to breath, her fingers finally found the gold necklace that laid on her neck. They had a lot of people helping…how did he win? Y/n laid on the floor, not being able to tear her eyes away from the dust laying there. How did this happen? How could this happen? It all happened too fast, no one saw it coming, no one thought they could lose. It had to be a nightmare…everyone was gone. Where did she go? She had just been there with y/n, she was in her arms and then she was gone. “Wanda?” She asked again as her eyes filled with tears. “Wanda?” Y/n looked around her as she sat back on the floor, ignoring the pain that she felt, and some of the blood she had coming from her nose.
